• 7+ years of commercial experience in full web portals design for customer-facing companies
• Experience in designing for enterprise or business target audience
• Deep expertise in UI and UX
• Experience in designing, creating, and optimizing design systems and style guides
• Excellent knowledge of Figma
• Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop or Lightroom, Illustrator)
• Experience working closely with developers and understanding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript principles
• English B1+
• Excellent portfolio of web design works

Zakres obowiązków

• Long-term redesign and continually improving UI and UX of iDeals websites
• Creating prototyping UX and UI mockups for web pages in Figma. Identifying and troubleshooting UX issues
• Researching and analyzing new design approaches. Presenting own design ideas and approaches using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Creating a design system (guidelines, templates, libraries of styles, etc.)
• Creating technical tasks and task templates for the Developer’s team. Building complex design processes. Providing quality control in a production stage, developing requirements for the quality of design implementation
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements and behavior, in collaboration with product and marketing departments
• Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks within the project
